Overnight surcharge (with planned overnight stay)
If a consignment is not delivered on the same day as it was collected, we will charge a surcharge of at least CHF 15.00 per planned overnight stay*.

Administration surcharge
For special additional administrative expenses, we invoice a surcharge of CHF 80.00 per hour.
