1. Basic Rate

5. Waiting Time

The customer is charged for waiting time during pickup or delivery. Calculation of surcharge: 5 minutes are included, afterwards 6.- are charged for every five minutes started (for example: 14 min. = 12.–)

6. Delivery not on the same day (delivery per date)

For orders with delivery not on the same day a surcharge of 22.- will be charged.

7. Special surcharges (administration)

For additional administratrive expenses, swissconnect may charge CHF 80.00 per hour.
